About

April Delgadillo-Jolley, LMFT

I am passionate about working with individuals, families, and leaders to help build/rebuild relationships in order to further your goals. I have over 10 years experience working with individuals, couples, and families to make emotional connections with others in various capacities. I can assist with facilitating challenging conversations in order to move forward in your relationships.

I am trained in several evidence-based practices including; Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Clinical Hypnosis, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Gottman Method Couples Counseling (I), Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction, etc. I am a clinical fellow with the American Association of Marriage and family therapists (AAMFT/highest level of MFT licensure in a US state) and qualified to clinical supervise in CA.

I am a retired Army Officer (OEF) and specialize in working with first responders, military, and veteran population on complex issues related to adjustment and moral injury/conflict. I am spiritual and enjoy integrating tools to support individual needs in order to assist with overcoming blocking beliefs that disrupt life. On weekends you can catch me at Eric Will Gymnastics watching my kiddos tumble and flip or simply running errands. I volunteer in my community (Military, Church, Schools, and local organizations) and present professional development/empowerment workshops in effort to help enhance interpersonal connections.
